The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) abides by Arizona Public Records Law (Arizona Revised Statutes 39-121 et seq.) to make public records available to the community. This also supports MAG in operating in a transparent and inclusive manner. The online request form below is provided for your convenience.
Please note that the online form includes required fields that must be completed. This procedure enables MAG to more easily process and track the completion of the request. Requestors not wishing to provide this information will need to make their request in person or call the MAG office at 602-254-6300. Please note that even if a request is not in writing, requestors will need to clearly state the specific documents requested, and whether the records will be used for a commercial purpose.*
*Commercial purpose is defined by statute to mean “the use of a public record for the purpose of sale or resale or for the purpose of producing a document containing all or part of the copy, printout or photograph for sale or the obtaining of names and addresses from public records for the purpose of solicitation or the sale of names and addresses to another for the purpose of solicitation or for any purpose in which the purchaser can reasonably anticipate the receipt of monetary gain from the direct or indirect use of the public record.”
