FY 2021-23 Maricopa Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System Evaluation
The Maricopa Association of Governments (“MAG”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2021-23 Maricopa Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry Evaluation. The purpose of the project is evaluating the current regional Coordinated Entry System (CES), identifying opportunities to strengthen the system, including responding to COVID-19 impacts and lessons learned, and to implement the system enhancements ensuring coordination with other efforts, resulting in a system that more accurately, equitably, and effectively responds to the COVID-19 crisis and ongoing demands on the system. The project will be completed in a maximum of 16 months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $200,000.

Responses to questions will be posted on MAG’s website at www.azmag.gov under “RFPs and RFQs” not later than six (6) business days prior to the closing date of January 26, 2022.
Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on January 26, 2022.
